Staff are super nice and friendly and reception was very helpful when we requested for anything. The room provided a hairdryer, a kettle and some mugs which were a plus but no coffee or tea packs.

When we were checking in the staff was very friendly and assisted us with our luggage. When checking out the staff also kindly assisted us with calling a cab. The room was sufficiently well furbished. We were able to open up 2 medium luggages with some rearrangement and there was also 2 seating areas and a luggage stand provided. The location of the hotel is highly convenient being just a short 5 - 10 min walk away from the main Causeway Bay Area and there are a lot of marts and good eateries around. Overall a good location if you like staying near shopping area and good eateries!

The location was great - easy access to the centre of Causeway Bay, and two MTR stations in easy walking distance. Good local amenities (shops, restaurants, Starbucks). Room was a good size for a twin. Good bathroom and servicing of the room each day.

The location was absolutely perfect. Right next to Times Square and very easy to access other locations through the metro. Lots of excellent food choices in the surrounding area and right next to Victoria park.

You get what you pay for and Rosedale delivers what you pay for... a clean comfortable bed to sleep in, a basic but perfectly acceptable bathroom, and an adequate breakfast, all in a very good location. The room had USB ports which were a useful extra that was not expected at this level of hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge desk on the ground floor who organized taxis gave directions, and translated destination addresses from English to Chinese in case it was required.

The location was great, close to the Times Square building, the subway, and trams! The room was better than expected for the price—it was a large bed, nice views of the city, and had everything I needed.

The location was perfect. Public transport right at the Junction of the hotel. Also Victoria Park across the road was a plus. A short 5 minute walk we can be at the busy hub of causeway Bay with numerous cuisines to choose and shopping precincts that would satisfy any traveller looking for styles and a little bargain. The staff were polite and ready to serve. All in all a very pleasant stay. I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is I was hoping for more shelves in our wardrobe to put our clothes in neatly during our stay.
